Establishments Orders - Legislation.

The two Regeneration Agencies were Established by Government Orders No’s 275 & 276 of 2007 under the Local Goverment services (Corporate Bodies) act 1971.

New Legislation passed in May 2008 confirmed such orders. This Legislation is titled the Local Government Services (corporate Bodies) (Confirmation of Orders) Act 2008 and places the Regeneration Agencies and other similar bodies under Primary Legislation.
